1. Purpose and Scope

HealthLucid Inc. ("Company") operates two employee-facing decision-support platforms:

  • Benefit-Max – an AI-powered open-enrollment decision platform by HealthLucid Inc. that helps users make smart health and wealth choices. The platform enables users to evaluate and compare medical, dental, vision, and other benefit options based on their usage, premiums, financial situation, and plan design. It helps users save money through tax-advantaged programs; protect income with supplemental insurance; and grow wealth through smart allocation of funds in company-sponsored retirement solutions. The platform also brings all benefits together in one place, helping users discover employer-sponsored programs that meet their needs.
  • Benefit-Buddy – a 24 × 7 conversational assistant that allows users to ask questions about their benefits, plan details, and general benefits information.

Eligible Users Include:

  • (a) U.S. consumers who wish to use the platform to make open-enrollment decisions or better understand their health and financial benefits; and
  • (b) Employees of HealthLucid's customers, whether they access the platform directly or indirectly through an employer, broker, third-party administrator (TPA), insurance carrier, or similar entity that provides open-enrollment resources.

Authorized users may securely upload ("drop in") their plan documents or benefits materials. The platform analyzes those materials to provide educational insights and personalized guidance.

These products (collectively, the "platform") are designed to help users make informed benefit and financial-wellness decisions. They are educational tools only and not professional advice services.

2. No Medical or Financial Advice

The platform does not provide:

  • Medical advice or diagnosis. Nothing within the platform should be used to diagnose or treat a medical condition or substitute for the advice of a licensed physician or healthcare provider.
  • Financial, investment, or fiduciary advice. HealthLucid, Benefit-Max, and Benefit-Buddy are not financial advisors, brokers, or investment managers. Any information about potential tax savings, plan comparisons, or cost estimates is for informational purposes only and based on data from employers, carriers, or user inputs.
  • Legal or insurance recommendations. HealthLucid does not endorse or recommend any specific plan, carrier, provider, product, or course of action.

Users should consult qualified healthcare, financial, or legal professionals before making any health, insurance, or investment decision.

3. Accuracy and Limitations of Information

HealthLucid strives to provide accurate and current benefit and cost information. However, the platform relies on third-party data from employers, insurers, and public sources. All results are best-effort estimates and will not reflect real-time prices, eligibility, or coverage. HealthLucid is not responsible for inaccuracies, incomplete data, or delays resulting from such sources.

4. Provider and Network Information

Any provider listings or cost comparisons shown in the platform are based on non-clinical factors such as network tier, cost, or location. These lists may not represent the full network available under a health plan. Users should verify provider participation directly with their plan administrator or insurance carrier.

5. Account Creation and Security

Each user may create one account associated with a unique email, insurance, or employer ID. Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify HealthLucid immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
